Took coach in for an emissions problem, asked them to be sure to turn off all the electrical and inverter switches to protect the brand new house batteries ( $2500) they never did and ruined the batteries. Coach was dead when I went to pick it up. They also broke the ignition switch.. I told them they needed to replace the batteries.. they agreed, but 3 days later when I called to check status I found out they sent the batteries to be recharged. Anyone that knows AGM batteries knows that when discharged completely they are ruined..also the warranty is voided. Then I had to fight with them to get the batteries soon enough so I could go on my trip in 3 days to my daughter's wedding. Finally I called to check status and was told it was done.. drive the 45minutes to get the coach to find out they just started working on it. 4 hours of waiting and it was done. Can only hope it's right. I would avoid this shop.. they lie and they don't show proper care for high end RV's.

I had a over heating problem with my onan generator,,code 33, took it to them to fix,, 8 15 25. $408 dollars later they said not today because you need a radiator flush and themasat, and maybe sending unit!!! Can do next week!! I was in town for a funeral and couldn't do, so I payed the bill(I already new it was overheating but now it was the radiator)????? I got home and finally got to getting it fixed. It didn’t need a radiator, ,,,, but the belt on the water pump was gone,, $408 and they didn't even look at it, Stay away from this place, I call and said I feel that I came to you with a flat tire and you told me I need front end work!!! He answered the generator don't have tires,,,, says it all. BRUCE

RV Owners beware! Completely incompetent with basic services. My Tiffin is only 5 years old. I maintain my Allegro and never miss a recommended service. For the past 5 years I had a local generator repair company do a yearly tuneup using factory parts and recommended tuneup kit by Cummins for my Onan generator. Never an issue and unit ran perfectly. This year I decided to have Cummins RV Service Center do the tuneup. I have about 250 hours on the generator and when my unit is not being used the generator is run for 20 minutes every two weeks. NEVER had a generator issue and during Hurricane Ian it ran perfectly. For a simple oil change and generator tuneup I waited for over 6 hours! After paying $750 for an oil change and generator tuneup ( all original parts supplied) I was on my way home. Prior service for oil change and tuneup was $150.00. Since I was running the gas out of my tank heading back to Naples, Fl, I stopped and started filling my tank. About half way through filling I went back inside to start the generator so the air would run for the dogs. It was 95 outside. It ran for 30 seconds and cut out. Repeated process 2 more times and same thing. I immediately

DO NOT USE THIS SHOP! the service rep. will sweet talk you and tell you that a whole motor swap takes them only 3-4 days but reality is that it takes them 3-4 days to answer the phone. They had my truck for a month and a half before they even figured out the problem and charged me $2000. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS SO BAD THAT I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CUMMINS PRODUCT AGAIN! also the parts department is just as bad they tell you your parts will be there the next day but it took 6 days!

Every now an again you have a experience with company that is simply the way it should be. We had an appointment for service on our generator, we dropped it off, it was worked on and complete 3 hours later. Al in service was friendly and professional. Definitely will use them again for service on our unit. Thank you!
